This is something I've been doing in my spare time all along in photoshop, combined with photos, photocopiers, and scans of other traditional drawing. It's interesting, and I think trying my hand at more traditional printmaking has changed the way I think about digital, and fed back into how I treat more traditional printmaking, as well as combining the two, traditional and digital.
